The choice and purchase of a Product are the sole responsibility of the Customer.

Product offers are valid within the limits of available stocks, as specified at the time of ordering.

ARTICLE 2 - Prices

The Products are supplied at the prices in force on the ayaq.com website at the time the order is registered by the Seller. Prices are expressed in Euros, excluding and including VAT.

Prices include processing, dispatch, transport and delivery costs, which are charged extra.

ARTICLE 3 - Orders

The Customer selects the Products he wishes to order on the ayaq.com website, according to the following procedures:

ARTICLE 4 - Terms of payment

ARTICLE 5 - Deliveries

Products ordered by the Customer will be delivered to the following areas: Switzerland, France, Luxembourg, Belgium, Germany, Austria, etc.

Deliveries are made within 3 to 5 days for France and Switzerland, and 4 to 8 days for other European countries.

The Customer is informed that the collection of his personal data is necessary for the sale of Products by the Vendor as well as for their transmission to third parties for delivery purposes.
