Repair
Because we prefer to repair rather than throw away, we offer to repair your second and third technical layer garments that have been damaged or show signs of prolonged use.
Some of these repairs can be performed free of charge, when they are within the scope of the AYAQ Warranty (see on this page information on the Warranty period and conditions).
If, however, your product was not or no longer eligible for the Warranty, we can repair it for you at a reasonable price. You will be charged a shipping fee to return your repaired product to you. Please see below for our repair service fee schedule.
For first layer garments and accessories, we do not take care of repairs, but we can recommend good solutions to retouch your garments locally.
