Our second- and third-layer technical products come with a 3-year warranty against manufacturing and material defects.

What's covered by the warranty

The AYAQ warranty covers all defects in materials and workmanship. If your product does not live up to its promise, you can send it in for repair free of charge.

To register your product, enter the code you received with it (*), an 8- or 9-letter code printed on the white sticker of your garment's paper label.

Once received, we will determine if your product is repairable. If not, you will receive an exchange voucher for the full amount of the original price.

What is not covered by the warranty

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear. It excludes damage caused by accident, poor maintenance, neglect, natural wear or deterioration of colors and materials after prolonged use.

You may, however, have damage caused by normal wear and tear repaired for a reasonable charge. Shipping costs will be charged for the return of your repaired product. Consult our repair price list here.

Registration and warranty period

The warranty is valid for 3 years from the date of purchase of your AYAQ product. It is important to register your product at the time of purchase and to keep your invoice.
