Returns and refunds

To make a return request and receive a free postage label to send your package, please fill in the form on our contact page.

In the text of the form, indicate the items you wish to return and the reason(s) for the return. 

Tip: Use your invoice to make sure you give us the right models, colours and sizes.


Items ordered from AYAQ.co.uk can be returned up to 30 days after the original purchase date. Returns are free of charge from the European Union and Switzerland.


Additional time is available for returns during the holiday season. For purchases made between December 1st and December 14th, returns will be accepted until January 30th of the following year.


Items must be strictly as new and returned in their original packaging. The labels must not have been torn off. If the items are not in a condition to be sold again, due to negligence or abuse, the return cannot be accepted.


Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. AYAQ will refund the value of the purchase, on the same payment method used for the original payment.


It takes between 5 and 15 working days for the refund to be processed, after receipt of the item at our warehouse.


Items must be returned to their original place of purchase respectively: shop purchase = return to the shop; online purchase from an internet retailer = return to the internet retailer; ayaq.co.uk purchase = return to AYAQ, by contacting us via the form on the contact page.


To return an item 

  1. Contact AYAQ using the form on the contact page and describe the item you wish to return.
  2. Print the return label sent by our Customer Service and stick it on the outside of your package (if possible in the original package). 
  3. Drop the package off at your carrier who will ship it to our warehouse. 
  4. Our returns team will process your package and confirm that the items are as described in your request and that they are accepted for return.
  5. Once your return has been processed, we will send you a confirmation email. You should see the refund on your original payment method within 5-15 working days. 

    The refund will be for the full price of the returned garment(s), including VAT, but excluding the cost of the outward postage, which you will be responsible for. You will receive a confirmation e-mail when the refund is effective.

 

Special condition on the HELLEFONNA: 

Take advantage of our "SATISFIED OR REFUNDED EVEN AFTER FITTING". You have up to 45 days after purchase to return your leggings for free.
