• Main material and lining: 100% recycled polyester
• Padding: 100% recycled polyester PRIMALOFT®.
• Insert: 84% recycled polyester and 16% elastane
• Pockets: 100% polyester

• Lining fibres and thermal insulation (Italy) : 100% recycled polyester from plastic bottles

• Main fabric and lining (France)
• 100% NEWLIFE® recycled polyester from recycled plastic bottles 
• OEKO TEX® label guaranteeing a high respect for the environment and non-toxicity for the user. 

• Yoke fabric (woven in France)
• Recycled polyester yarn made from 100% recycled plastic bottles (Italy - Turin region)
• AYAQ's specially developed laminated fabric uses at least 80% less glue than a conventional 2-ply fabric thanks to an innovative process
• This partnership with our supplier allows for higher breathability and better environmental performance. 

• Pocket fabric (Italy) :

• Mechanical recycling of polyester for all our fabrics, for a greater respect of the environment.

Designed with great care and the selection of the most technical and mountain-friendly materials, your BALTORO Insulation Jacket is guaranteed for 3 years.

• Washing
• Machine washable up to 30°C, zips closed
• We recommend that you add 2 tennis balls and other clothing to the machine. Conventional detergent, no fabric softener or bleach.
• Select an abundant rinse to remove all the detergent.
• Choose a gentle spin to allow the padding fibres to stay in place.   
• Drying
• For a good positioning of the padding fibres after washing, we advise you to put your jacket directly into the tumble dryer, with 2 tennis balls
• You can also choose to air dry, preferably flat, by turning your jacket over regularly. 

We have also selected the materials for their robustness, and the high level of craftsmanship of our artisans provides great resistance.

To ensure that your BALTORO Insulation Jacket will be with you for years to come on your outdoor adventures, we will repair it as much as possible in our workshop near the Alps.
