Chest size
Measure horizontally at the point of greatest prominence
Waist circumference
Measure horizontally at the narrowest point of the body
Hip circumference
Measure horizontally where the hips/buttocks are widest

If your measurements are between two sizes, choose the larger one for a larger cut, or the smaller one for a tighter fit.
