Return request
To request a return and receive a free postage label to ship your package, please fill out the form available on our contact page .
In the text of the form, indicate the items you wish to return, as well as the reason(s) for the return.
Tip: Use your invoice to ensure you provide us with the correct models, colors and sizes.
Return policy
Items ordered from AYAQ.fr can be returned up to 30 days after the original purchase date . Returns are free for all shipments from the European Union and Switzerland.
Additional time is available for returns to be made during the holiday season. For purchases made from December 1st to December 14th , returns will be accepted until January 30th of the following year .
Items must be in strictly new condition and returned in their original packaging. Tags must not have been removed. If the items are not in resalable condition due to neglect or abuse, returns will not be accepted.
The refund will be issued in the form of the original payment. AYAQ will refund the purchase value to the payment method used for the original payment.
A period of between 5 and 15 working days is necessary for the processing of the refund, after receipt of the item at our warehouse.
Items must be returned to their original place of purchase respectively:
- Purchase in store = return to store
- Purchase online from an internet retailer = return to the internet retailer
- Purchase on ayaq.fr = return to AYAQ, by contacting us via the contact form .
How to return an item?
- Contact AYAQ using the form on the contact page and describe the item you wish to return.
- Print the return label sent by email by our Customer Service and stick it on the outside of your package (if possible in the original package).
- Drop off the package with your carrier who will send it to our warehouse.
- Our returns team will process your package and confirm that the items match those described in your request and are accepted for return.
- Once your return is processed, we'll send you a confirmation email. You should see your refund reflected in your original payment method within 5 to 15 business days.
Note: The refund will be for the full price of the returned item(s), including tax, excluding the outbound shipping costs, which are your responsibility. You will receive a confirmation email when the refund is effective.
