Return request

To make a return request and receive a free postage label to send your parcel, please fill in the form on our website contact page.

In the text of the form, indicate the items you wish to return, as well as the reason(s) for the return.

Advice : Use your invoice to make sure you give us the right models, colors and sizes.

Return policy

Items ordered on AYAQ.fr can be returned up to 30 days after original purchase date. Returns are free of charge from the European Union and Switzerland.

Additional time is available for returns during the holiday season. For purchases made from December 01 to December 14Returns will be accepted until January 30 of the following year.

Items must be strictly as new and returned in their original packaging. Labels must not have been torn off. If the items are not in a condition to be sold again, due to negligence or abuse, the return cannot be accepted.

Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. AYAQ will refund the value of the purchase to the original payment method.

A delay between 5 and 15 working days is required to process the refund, once the item has been received in our warehouse.

Items must be returned to their original place of purchase:

  • Store purchase = return to store
  • Online purchase from an Internet retailer = return to the Internet retailer
  • Purchase on ayaq.fr = return to AYAQ, by contacting us via contact form.

How do I return an item?

  1. Contact AYAQ using contact page form and describe the item you wish to return.
  2. Print the return label sent by e-mail by our Customer Service department and stick it on the outside of your parcel (if possible in the original parcel).
  3. Drop the parcel off with your carrier, who will forward it to our warehouse.
  4. Our returns team will process your package and confirm that the items correspond to those described in your request and that they are accepted for return.
  5. Once your return has been processed, we will send you a confirmation e-mail. You should see the refund appear on your original payment method within 5 to 15 working days.

Note: The refund will be for the full price of the returned garment(s), including VAT, excluding the cost of the outward postage, which remains your responsibility. You will receive a confirmation e-mail once the refund has been processed.
