In winter, he trains in the high mountains, practicing ski touring with a mountaineering approach. For him, the climb becomes an extension of his physical and mental training, while the descent completes his journey.
Always in search of new challenges, he applies the same rigor and discipline of freediving to his high-altitude ascents.

A former Swiss Triathlon national coach, Iwan has passed on his passion and expertise to numerous athletes.
