These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (referred to as "GTC") apply without restriction or reservation to all sales concluded by the Seller with non-professional buyers ("Customers"), wishing to purchase the products offered for sale ("Products") by the Seller on the website ayaq.com. The Products offered for sale on the site are as follows:

• Sportswear
• Sports accessories
• Digital gift cards

The main features of the Products, including specifications, illustrations, and size or capacity indications, are presented on the ayaq.com website. Customers are required to review this information before ordering.

The choice and purchase of a Product are the sole responsibility of the Customer.

Product offers are valid while stocks last, as specified at the time of order.

These GTC are accessible at any time on the ayaq.com website and take precedence over any other document.

The Customer declares having read and accepted these GTC before finalizing the order.

ARTICLE 2 - Prices

Products are supplied at the prices in effect on the ayaq.com website at the time the Seller records the order. Prices are expressed in Euros, excluding and including VAT.

Prices include processing fees; shipping, transport, and delivery costs are charged separately.

ARTICLE 3 - Orders

The Customer selects the Products they wish to order on the ayaq.com website, as follows:

The Customer adds products to their cart, modifies them if necessary, confirms the order, and accepts these GTC.

ARTICLE 4 - Payment Terms

Payment is made via secure methods, as follows:

ARTICLE 5 - Deliveries

Products ordered by the Customer will be delivered to the following areas: Switzerland, France, Luxembourg, Belgium, Germany, Austria, Japan, South Korea, etc.

Delivery times are:

• France and Switzerland: 2 to 5 days
• Other European countries: 4 to 8 days
• Japan, South Korea: 5 to 10 days

Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on destination, carriers, logistics conditions, or customs procedures specific to each country.
Such variations cannot be considered delays attributable to AYAQ.
AYAQ cannot be held responsible for additional delays related to international transport, customs inspections, or any events beyond its control.

ARTICLE 6 - Returns and Exchanges

In case of defective products or shipping errors, AYAQ fully covers return and reshipment costs.

Refunds are processed after receipt and inspection of the returned product.

For change of mind or size exchanges, return shipping costs from the Customer's country are the Customer's responsibility.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of order receipt. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with original packaging.

ARTICLE 7 - Personal Data

The Customer is informed that collecting their personal data is necessary for the sale of Products by the Seller and for transmitting it to third parties for delivery purposes.

ARTICLE 8 - Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law.
In case of dispute, French courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
For Customers residing outside the European Union, communications will be in English or French.
