ARTICLE 1 - Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (referred to as "GTC") apply, without restriction or reservation, to all sales concluded by the Seller with non-professional buyers ("The Clients or the Client"), wishing to purchase the products offered for sale ("The Products") by the Seller on the site ayaq.com. The Products offered for sale on the site are as follows:

• Sportswear
• Sport Accessories
• Dematerialized gift cards

The main characteristics of the Products, including specifications, illustrations, and indications of dimensions or capacity, are presented on the site ayaq.com. The Client is required to be aware of them before ordering.

The choice and purchase of a Product are the sole responsibility of the Client.

The offers of Products are valid as long as stocks last, as specified when ordering.

These GTC are accessible at any time on the site ayaq.com and will prevail over any other document.

The Client declares having acknowledged these GTC and having accepted them before finalizing the order.

ARTICLE 2 - Prices

The Products are supplied at the current rates shown on the site ayaq.com at the time of the order being placed by the Seller. Prices are expressed in Euros, excluding and including taxes.

The rates include processing, shipping, transport, and delivery costs, which are charged additionally.

ARTICLE 3 - Orders

The Client selects on the site ayaq.com the Products they wish to order, according to the following procedures:

The Client adds products to their cart, modifies them if necessary, validates their order, and accepts these GTC.

ARTICLE 4 - Payment Conditions

The price is paid by secure payment method, according to the following modalities:

• Payment by credit card
• Paypal

ARTICLE 5 - Deliveries

The Products ordered by the Client will be delivered in the following areas: Switzerland, France, Luxembourg, Belgium, Germany, Austria, Japan, South Korea, etc.

Deliveries occur within the following timeframes:

• France and Switzerland: 2 to 5 days
• Other European countries: 4 to 8 days
• Japan, South Korea: 5 to 10 days

The delivery times indicated are for guidance only and may vary according to the destination, carriers, logistical conditions, or customs formalities specific to each country.
These possible variations cannot be considered as a delay attributable to AYAQ.
AYAQ cannot be held responsible for additional delays related to international transport, customs checks, or any event beyond its control.

ARTICLE 6 - Returns and Exchanges

In case of a defective product or shipping error, AYAQ fully covers the costs of return and reshipment.

Refunds are made after receipt and inspection of the returned product.

In case of a change of mind or size exchange, return costs from the client's country are borne by the client.

Returns are accepted within 30 days from the receipt of the order. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and accompanied by their original packaging.

 

ARTICLE 7 - Personal Data

The Client is informed that the collection of their personal data is necessary for the sale of the Products by the Seller and for their transmission to third parties for delivery purposes.

ARTICLE 8 - Applicable Law and Competent Jurisdiction

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law.
In case of dispute, the French courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
For clients residing outside the European Union, communications are made in English or French.
