Orders are shipped from France with tracking. We deliver DDP (duties and taxes included) to the countries listed below: no hidden costs, the amount displayed at payment is what you pay.

Euro Zone (France, Monaco, Austria, Germany…)

• Estimated delivery times: France 2–5 business days • Rest of Euro zone 4–8 business days.
• Shipping fees: Free from €80 • €4 below.
• Carrier & tracking: Colissimo (or equivalent) with tracking link by email.
• Returns: Free within 30 days with prepaid label. Conditions.

Switzerland

• Estimated delivery times: 2–5 business days.
• Shipping fees: Free from 100 CHF • 6.90 CHF below.
• DDP: Taxes and import duties included in the displayed price (no charges upon arrival).
• Returns: Free within 30 days with prepaid label.

United Kingdom

• Estimated delivery times: International Express 1–3 business days.
• Shipping fees:
  • £20 for 0–£100
  • £10 for £100–£300
  • Free above £300
• DDP: Taxes and duties included (no charges upon arrival).
• Returns: Free within 30 days.

Japan

• Estimated delivery times: 5–10 business days depending on the destination.
• Shipping fees:
  • 7,000 ¥ for 0–25,000 ¥
  • 5,000 ¥ for 25,001–50,000 ¥
  • 3,000 ¥ for over 50,001 ¥
• DDP: DHL Express, taxes and customs included (no charges upon arrival).
• Returns: 30 days. Return costs from Japan are the responsibility of the customer (except for defective products).

North America (United States & Canada)

• Estimated delivery times: 4–8 business days.
• Shipping fees: €20 up to €100 • Free from €150.
• DDP: Taxes and duties included in the price.
• Returns: 30 days. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer (except for defective products).
