Orders are shipped from France with tracking. We ship DDP (taxes and duties included) to the countries listed-below: no hidden costs, the amount shown at checkout is the amount you pay.

Eurozone (France, Monaco, Austria, Germany…)

• Estimated delivery times: France 2–5 working days • Rest of the eurozone 4–8 working days.
• Shipping costs: Free on orders of €80 or more • €4 below this amount.
• Carrier & tracking: Colissimo (or equivalent) with a tracking link sent by e-mail.
• Returns: Free within 30 days with a prepaid label. Terms and conditions.

Switzerland

• Estimated delivery times: 2–5 working days.
• Shipping costs: Free on orders of CHF 100 or more • CHF 6.90 below this amount.
• DDP: Taxes and import duties included in the displayed price (no charges on arrival).
• Returns: Free within 30 days with a prepaid label.

United-Kingdom

• Estimated delivery times: International Express 1–3 working days.
• Shipping costs:
  • £20 for orders of £0–£100
  • £10 for orders of £100–£300
  • Free above-£300
• DDP: Taxes and duties included (no charges on arrival).
• Returns: Free within 30 days with a prepaid label, for eligible items meeting the same condition requirements as other returns.

Japan

• Estimated delivery times: 5–10 working days depending on the destination.
• Shipping costs:
  • ¥7,000 for orders of ¥0–¥25,000
  • ¥5,000 for orders of ¥25,001–¥50,000
  • ¥3,000 for orders of ¥50,001 or more
• DDP: DHL Express, taxes and customs duties included (no charges on arrival).
• Returns: Within 30 days. Return shipping costs from Japan are the customer's responsibility (except for defective products).

North America (United-States & Canada)

• Estimated delivery times: 4–8 working days.
• Shipping costs: €20 for orders up to €100 • €10 for orders from €100 to €150 • Free on orders of €150 or more.
• DDP: Taxes and duties included in the price.
• Returns: Within 30 days. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility (except for defective products).
