Euro Zone (France, Monaco, Austria, Germany…)

• Estimated delivery: France 2–5 business days • Rest of Euro zone 4–8 business days.
• Shipping cost: Free over €80 • €4 below.
• Carrier & tracking: Colissimo (or equivalent) with tracking link by email.
• Returns: Free within 30 days with prepaid label. Conditions.

Switzerland

• Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days.
• Shipping cost: Free over 100 CHF • 6.90 CHF below.
• DDP: Taxes and import duties included in the displayed price (no fees on arrival).
• Returns: Free within 30 days with prepaid label.

United Kingdom

• Estimated delivery: Express International 1–3 business days.
• Shipping cost:
  • £20 for £0–100
  • £10 for £100–300
  • Free over £300
• DDP: Taxes and duties included (no fees on arrival).

Japan

• Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days depending on destination.
• Shipping cost:
  • ¥7,000 for ¥0–25,000
  • ¥5,000 for ¥25,001–50,000
  • ¥3,000 for ¥50,001 and above
• DDP: DHL Express, taxes and customs included (no fees on arrival).
• Returns: 30 days. Return shipping from Japan is customer’s responsibility (except defective products).

North America (USA & Canada)

• Shipping cost: €20 up to €100 • Free over €150.
• DDP: Taxes and duties included in price.
• Returns: 30 days. Return shipping costs borne by customer (except product defects).
