Repairs

We prefer to repair rather than throw away, and we offer to repair your second and third layer technical clothing that has been damaged or shows evidence of prolonged use.

Some of these repairs can be carried out free of charge, when they fall within the scope of the AYAQ Guarantee (see this page for information on the Guarantee period and conditions).

However, if your product is not or no longer eligible for the Warranty, we can repair it for you at a reasonable price. You will be charged shipping costs to return your repaired product. Please see below for our repair service pricing.

For first-layer clothing and accessories, we do not cover repairs, but we can advise you on good solutions for locally altering your clothing.
