AYAQ products are designed to last. They are guaranteed for their entire useful life against any manufacturing or material defects. This warranty reflects our commitment to sustainable performance and the quality of our technical apparel.

 

1. What the AYAQ Warranty Covers

The AYAQ Warranty covers material and workmanship defects that affect the product's functionality. If a defect is found, AYAQ will proceed with a free repair, or replace the product if repair is not feasible.

Shipping costs for sending and returning the product are covered by AYAQ under a warranty-covered repair.

Each request is evaluated individually to prioritize repair, in line with our sustainability approach.

2. What the Warranty Does Not Cover

The warranty does not cover:

  • normal wear and tear from regular use,
  • accidental damage (snags, burns, tears, falls, etc.),
  • damage due to improper care or negligence,
  • alterations in color, material, or waterproofing due to natural aging.

Products damaged by natural wear can still be repaired for a reasonable fee. You can find our repair rates here.

3. Products Covered

All AYAQ technical apparel, including jackets, pants, fleece jackets, and accessories, are covered by the AYAQ Warranty, whether purchased on ayaq.com or from an authorized retailer.

Products purchased in-store must be returned directly to the original retailer, who will contact our customer service if necessary.

Important: if you purchased your AYAQ product from a partner site or an authorized store, it is necessary to register it on our site to fully benefit from the AYAQ Warranty. 4. Duration and Validity of the Warranty

The warranty applies for the entire useful life of the product, that is, as long as it remains technically functional under normal use conditions. AYAQ reserves the right to determine this duration based on the type of product, its generation, and observed usage.

For any request, please keep your proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) and, if available, the product code on the original label.

5. Warranty Claim Process

For any warranty claim, contact our team via the contact form specifying the model concerned, a description of the problem, and, if possible, photos. Our team will guide you on how to proceed with shipping the product.

The products will be evaluated by our workshop to determine if repair is possible. If repair is not possible on a covered defect, a replacement or a credit of equivalent value will be offered.

6. Outside of Europe

For customers located outside of Europe, AYAQ may direct to an authorized local repairer when sending to France is not economically or ecologically viable. In this case, AYAQ covers the repair costs if the defect falls under the warranty.

7. AYAQ Philosophy
