AYAQ products are built to last. They are guaranteed for their entire useful life against any manufacturing or material defects. This warranty reflects our commitment to lasting performance and the quality of our technical apparel.

 

1. What the AYAQ Warranty Covers

The AYAQ Warranty covers material and workmanship defects that affect the product’s functionality. If a defect is found, AYAQ will repair the item free of charge or replace it if repair is not possible.

Return shipping costs are covered by AYAQ for warranty repairs.

Each claim is assessed individually, prioritizing repair in line with our sustainability approach.

2. What the Warranty Does Not Cover

The warranty does not cover:

  • normal wear from regular use,
  • accidental damage (snags, burns, tears, falls, etc.),
  • damage caused by improper care or negligence,
  • color, material, or waterproofing changes due to natural aging.

Products damaged by natural wear can still be repaired for a reasonable fee. Our repair rates are available here.

3. Covered Products

All AYAQ technical apparel, including jackets, pants, fleeces, and accessories, are covered by the AYAQ Warranty, whether purchased on ayaq.com or through an authorized retailer.

Products bought in-store must be returned directly to the original retailer, who will contact our after-sales service if needed.

Important: If you purchased your AYAQ product from a partner site or authorized store, you must register it on our website to fully benefit from the AYAQ Warranty. Please log in or create an account first, then register your product on the dedicated page: Register My Product.

4. Warranty Duration and Validity

The warranty applies for the entire useful life of the product, meaning as long as it remains technically functional under normal use conditions. AYAQ reserves the right to determine this duration based on product type, generation, and observed usage.

Please keep your proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) and, if available, the product code from the original label for any claim.

5. Warranty Claim Process

To submit a warranty claim, contact our team via the contact form, specifying the model, a description of the issue, and photos if possible. Our team will guide you on how to ship the product.

Products will be evaluated by our workshop to determine if repair is possible. If repair is not feasible for a covered defect, a replacement or credit of equivalent value will be offered.

6. Outside Europe

For customers outside Europe, AYAQ may direct you to an authorized local repairer when shipping to France is not economically or environmentally viable. In such cases, AYAQ covers repair costs if the defect falls under the warranty.
