Warranty, Care & Repair

Washing:

  • Temperature: Cold wash recommended (wool or delicate cycle).
  • Detergent: Use a mild detergent specially formulated for wool. Never use fabric softener (to preserve natural fibers).
  • Spin: Very gentle spin cycle (max 400 rpm). Do not wring by hand.

Drying:

  • Method: Air dry flat, away from direct sunlight and heat sources to prevent shrinkage or deformation. No tumble drying.
