Warranty, Maintenance & Repair

Designed with great care and the selection of the most technical and mountain-friendly materials, your Lonak Hardshell Jacket is guaranteed for 3 years.

WashingMachine wash at a maximum of 30°C, inside out and with the zippers closed. Do not overload the machine. Regular detergent, without fabric softener or bleach. Select a thorough rinse to thoroughly remove all the detergent.

Drying: To reactivate the water-repellent treatment, drying is very important. Air dry inside out. Then tumble dry inside out on a synthetic cycle for a maximum of 15 minutes.

We have also selected the materials for their robustness, and the meticulous craftsmanship of our craftsmen provides great resistance.

To ensure it lasts for many years on your outdoor adventures, we will repair your LONAK Hardshell Jacket whenever possible in our workshop close to the Alps.
