To respect and protect this icy giant, we've made every effort to design an eco-friendly garment made from natural or recycled materials, because AYAQ wants to support your best mountain adventures without harming the environment.

Warranty, Maintenance & Repair

Designed with great care and the selection of the most technical and mountain-friendly materials, your Lonak Hardshell Jacket is guaranteed for 3 years.

Washing

• Machine wash at 30°C maximum, inside out and with zips closed
• Do not overload the machine
• Classic laundry detergent, without fabric softener or bleach
• Select a thorough rinse to thoroughly remove all the detergent.

Drying

• To reactivate the water-repellent treatment, drying is very important
• Air dry upside down
• Then dry inside out in the dryer, synthetic program, maximum 15 minutes.

Repair

We have also selected the materials for their robustness, and the meticulous craftsmanship of our craftsmen provides great resistance.

To ensure it lasts for many years on your outdoor adventures, we will repair your jacket wherever possible in our workshop close to the Alps.
