Care Instructions

Warranty, Care & Repair

Designed with meticulous care and the selection of the most technical, mountain-friendly materials, your Raven jacket comes with a 3-year warranty.

Washing: Machine wash cold (30°C max), inside out, zippers closed. Use regular detergent, no fabric softener or bleach.

Drying: Air dry inside out. Do not tumble dry.

We also selected materials for durability, and our artisans’ craftsmanship ensures high resistance.

To ensure it supports you for many years of outdoor adventures, we will repair your Raven Softshell Jacket whenever possible, in our workshop near the Alps.
