Warranty, Care & Repair

Designed with great care using technical, mountain-friendly materials, your eco-designed Ultar Insulated Jacket comes with a 3-year warranty.

Washing:

Temperature: Machine wash at a maximum of 30°C (synthetic or delicate cycle).
Preparation: Close all zippers, empty pockets, and wash the Insulated Jacket inside out to protect the outer fabric.
Detergent: Use a moderate amount of regular liquid detergent. Do not use fabric softener to avoid clogging fibers and to preserve the water-repellent treatment.
Tip: Place 2 or 3 tennis balls in the washing machine drum to help fluff the loose PrimaLoft® fibers during the cycle and prevent clumping.
Spin: Select a very gentle spin cycle (maximum 600 rpm). Never wring the garment by hand to spin it.

Drying:

Method: Air dry flat on a drying rack. Regularly shake the Insulated Jacket during drying to restore loft and evenly redistribute the PrimaLoft® fibers. Avoid tumble drying to preserve the integrity of lightweight fabrics and seams.
