Designed with great attention to detail and the selection of the most technical, mountain-friendly materials, your Ultar down jacket comes with a 3-year warranty.

Washing

  • Machine wash at 30°C maximum, zips closed
  • We recommend adding 2 tennis balls and other clothes to the machine. Classic detergent, without fabric softener or bleach.
  • Select a thorough rinse to remove all the detergent.
  • Choose a gentle spin to ensure the upholstery fibers stay in place.

Drying

  • To ensure correct positioning of the padding fibers after washing, we recommend tumbling your jacket directly in the dryer, using 2 tennis balls.
  • You can also choose to air-dry, preferably flat, turning your jacket regularly.

We've selected materials for their sturdiness, and our craftsmen's high-flying craftsmanship ensures the down jacket's durability.

To ensure that your Ultar jacket will be with you for many years to come on your outdoor adventures, we will repair it whenever possible, in our workshop near the Alps.
