Warranty, Care & Repair

Crafted with meticulous attention and the selection of the most technical, environmentally respectful materials, your Lonak Hardshell Jacket is covered by a 3-year warranty.

Washing

• Machine wash at max 30°C, inside out with zippers closed
• Do not overload the machine
• Regular detergent, no fabric softener or bleach
• Select an extra rinse cycle to fully remove detergent

Drying

• Drying is essential to reactivate the durable water repellent treatment
• Air dry inside out
• Then tumble dry inside out on synthetic program, max 15 minutes.

Repair

We selected materials for their durability, and our artisans’ precise craftsmanship ensures strong resistance.

To accompany you for many years of outdoor adventures, we will repair your jacket whenever possible in our workshop near the Alps.
