100% European polyester windproof fabric, mechanically recycled for a lesser environmental impact. The breathable fabric uses 80% less glue than a traditional two-layer fabric. The final assembly is made in a European workshop 100% powered by green energy.

Breathable fabric (France): Recycled polyester made from 100% recycled plastic bottles. 2-layer fabric specially developed for AYAQ, approximately 80% less glue than a standard 2-layer fabric. Allows for higher breathability and better environmental performance.

Fabric panels (woven in France), made from polyester yarn recycled from 100% recycled plastic bottles (Italy - Turin region). Bonded fabric specially developed for AYAQ, with at least 80% less glue than a standard 2-layer fabric thanks to an innovative process. This partnership with our supplier allows for higher breathability and better environmental performance.

Main pocket fabric (Italy): fleece feel, soft, 100% recycled polyester

Clean Mountain Pocket fabric (Germany): SYMPATEX waterproof fabric, made from recycled polyester, for a pocket that allows you to bring back waste you find in the mountains.

Designed with great care and the selection of the most technical and environmentally friendly materials, your SHANDAR Softshell Jacket is guaranteed for 3 years.

Washing: Maximum 30°C machine wash, inside out and zips closed. Regular detergent, no fabric softener or bleach.

Drying: Air dry inside out. Do not tumble dry.

We have also selected materials for their durability, and the craftsmanship of our artisans provides great resistance.

To accompany you for many years in your outdoor adventures, we will repair your SHANDAR Softshell Jacket whenever possible, in our workshop closest to the Alps.
